	Easy Prep \| Nutritionals \| Prep Tips \| Shopping List Perfect Taco Starter Easy Prep Serves 4 - 5 You need: 1 – 1.25 LBS GROUND CHUCK (Also great with ground chicken, turkey or bison) Thaw INTERNAL SAUCE pouch in refrigerator or in HOT water before use. Do not microwave. Pour SAUCE in a 1.5 qt pot with lid, add GROUND CHUCK and cover – no need to brown and drain. Heat on MEDIUM for 3 minutes; then thoroughly mix. Hint: A potato masher works perfectly! Cover and cook on MEDIUM until meat is fully cooked (about 20 minutes) stirring often. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes without lid before serving. 	Easy Prep \| Nutritionals \| Prep Tips \| Shopping List Mexican Style Rice Easy Prep Serves 4-5 You need: 1½ TBSP CANOLA or VEGETABLE OIL 1½ CUPS HOT WATER Thaw INTERNAL SAUCE pouch in refrigerator or in HOT water before use. Do not microwave. Preheat OIL in a 10 inch skillet with lid on MEDIUM HIGH for 2 minutes; add DRY RICE stirring constantly and fry 4 minutes, or until an even, opaque, light beige color. Add SAUCE, stir thoroughly, then add WATER and bring to a rapid, even boil on HIGH. Stir, cover and reduce heat between LOW and MEDIUM LOW.
